Privacy Notice

This notice explains what information GrowthAI collects when you use our website and application (the "Service"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you. It covers both account information about you and the prospect data you build up in your workspace ("Workspace Data").

1. Information we collect

Account information

When you sign up, we collect your email address and a securely hashed version of your password — we never store your password in plain text. If you enable two-factor authentication, we store the information needed to validate your authenticator codes. If you join or create a team, we store your role and organization membership.

Workspace Data you provide

GrowthAI stores the prospect and company records you build in your workspace, including information you:

• Enter directly through a form;
• Upload as a spreadsheet file;
• Paste as text, including spreadsheet rows, notes, or profile snippets copied from other sites;
• Generate through lead search, using the search criteria you provide;
• Add through notes, tasks, outreach drafts, and pipeline activity.

Workspace Data commonly includes names, job titles, company names, business email addresses, business phone numbers, and business locations. Please don't add sensitive personal data (such as health, financial account, or government ID information) about third parties to GrowthAI — it isn't designed to handle that kind of data.

Billing information

If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and processes your payment details directly. GrowthAI does not receive or store your full card number; we keep a record of your subscription status and billing history.

Usage and device information

Like most web applications, we automatically log basic technical information when you use the Service — such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and the pages or actions you use — to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.

2. How we use your information

• To provide, maintain, and secure the Service, including authenticating you and keeping your workspace private to your organization;
• To run the features you use, such as lead search, import, scoring, pipeline tracking, and drafting outreach content or growth plans from the information already in your workspace;
• To send account-related email, such as sign-up confirmation, password resets, team invitations, billing notices, and — if you don't turn it off — a periodic activity digest;
• To process payments and manage subscriptions;
• To respond to support requests;
• To monitor, debug, and improve the Service's reliability and security;
• To enforce our Terms of Service and protect against fraud or misuse.

We do not sell your personal information or Workspace Data, and we do not use your Workspace Data to train general-purpose AI models.

3. Optional verification and enrichment features

If you turn these features on, GrowthAI can send a contact record (such as an email address, name, or company) from your workspace to a third-party service to check whether an email address is likely deliverable, or to find or confirm additional details about a contact or company. These features are optional, run only on records you ask GrowthAI to check or enrich, and the results are added back into your workspace record.

4. Who we share information with

We don't sell your data. We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us run GrowthAI — for example, providers that host the application and its data, deliver transactional email, process payments, or power the optional search, verification, and enrichment features described above. These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
• Your organization — Workspace Data you add is visible to other members of your organization according to the roles and permissions your administrator sets.
• Legal and safety reasons — if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of GrowthAI, our users, or others.
• A successor — if GrowthAI is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this notice or a comparable one.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and Workspace Data for as long as your account is active, so the Service continues to work as expected. If you ask us to delete your account, we'll delete or de-identify your account information and Workspace Data within a reasonable period, except where we need to retain certain records (such as billing history) to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes.

6. Your choices and rights

• Access and export — administrators can export their organization's lead data from the Service at any time.
• Correction — you can edit or remove records directly in your workspace.
• Account deletion — email support@growthai.rinmac.com to request deletion of your account and associated Workspace Data.
• Marketing email — transactional and security email (like password resets) can't be turned off, but optional digest email can be.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA, including the right to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing of your personal information, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Contact us at the email above to exercise these rights; we'll respond within the time required by applicable law.

7. Children's privacy

GrowthAI is a business tool and is not directed to, and should not be used by, anyone under 18.

8. International transfers

GrowthAI and the service providers we use may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

9. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service or by email.
